Day of Rest

I haven't been to a place that took a Sunday as seriously as Noumea, capitol of the of the beautiful island-country New Caledonia. In all my travels, it is the first country I have not had cell phone service. ("Google Fi" referral code, get that 20 bucks: AT0ACF)

I highly recommend Isle of Pines, the most gorgeous island I have ever soon, located within this beautiful country. Only stop in Noumea if your cruise ship needs petrol.
